Can I brush my teeth after breakfast?

“To boost our immune system in the morning we all love a glass of freshly pressed orange juice. Orange juice is full of vitamin C, but the acid of the oranges also softens the white layer of enamel. That’s why I recommend not to brush your teeth directly after breakfast, but to wait at least 30 minutes until the enamel hardens. Use a toothpaste which is not abrasive which also prevents you from brushing away a layer of the white tooth enamel.”
